Things to be known regarding experience certificate for KPSC in medical field.

The Kerala Public Service Commission (KPSC) has released a fresh recruitment notification for Assistant Professor in Pedodontics and Conservative Dentistry under the Kerala Medical Education Services on 30th August 2025.

Educational Qualifications:

• MDS in Pedodontics/conservative dentistry from a recognized university approved by the Dental Council of India.
• Permanent Registration with the State Dental Council.
• Three years’ teaching experience in the specialty.

Last Date to Apply:

03.10.2025 (Friday) up to 12.00 midnight

Things to know about experience certificate

Candidates who claim experience qualification should obtain experience certificate in the format given in Annexure itself and enter details regarding experience (certificate number, date, name of post, period, issuing authority, name of institution etc.) and upload scanned images of the same in the profile.

Annexure A and B are there(one is Jr ship and the other Sr ship)

Make sure that the certificate contains principal name, signature and seal of concerned college

Key Requirements for the Experience Certificate:

1. PSC-Specific Format:
   Download the official “FORM OF EXPERIENCE CERTIFICATE” from the Kerala PSC website.
2. Issuing Authority:
   The certificate must be issued by the institution where you gained your experience.
3.  Attestation:
   • For Private Institutions: The certificate must be attested by an
     officer authorized to inspect the firm as per relevant Kerala or India
     government acts.
   • For Government/Public Sector Institutions: The head of the
     institution can attest the certificate.
4. Details to Include:
   The certificate must contain:
   Your full name and address.
   • The name and registration number of the institution.
   • The name of the post held or the nature of the assignment.
   • The start and end dates of your service.
   • The specific period of service in years, months, and days.
5. Original Certificate:
   You must be able to present the original experience certificate when the PSC calls for it.
