Application Process of INI-CET

The applicants whose Registration & Basic Candidate Information has been earlier accepted for previous postgraduate examination conducted by AIIMS, New Delhi, are NOT required to register again. They can directly proceed for the Stage 2 (Generation of Exam Unique Code, [EUC], for application for INI-CET, July 2023) after logging in at the Registration & Basic Candidate Information Zone using their Registration ID and Password.
Registration & Basic Candidate Information is one-time process to be done by applicants for appearing in postgraduate courses. It consists of initial registering of the applicant with the IT-system for generation of Registration ID and Password. The applicant is then required to complete the Registration & Basic Candidate Information with necessary personal information and uploading of images (photo, sign, left thumb impression). The Registration & Basic Candidate Information is accepted or rejected on the basis of quality and format of images uploaded by applicants
It is necessary to have an accepted Registration & Basic Candidate Information to be able to proceed for Generation of Exam Unique Code (EUC) and subsequent Completion of Application for INI-CET July 2023.

An accepted Registration & Basic Candidate Information including images of photo, signature and thumb impression) is pre-requisite for generation of code. A code is required to be generated to indicate applicant’s desire to apply for INI-CET July 2023. The code is specific to each instance of examination and is required to be generated afresh for INI-CET July 2023. If applicant has previously generated code for earlier examinations, the same cannot be used for INI-CET July 2023

An accepted Registration & Basic Candidate Information including images of photo, signature and thumb impression) is pre-requisite for generation of code and application for INI-CET July 2023.
After the code is generated for INI-CET July 2023, applicant is required to proceed for applying for INI-CET, July 2023 at the Completion of Application page. A valid registration ID, password and Exam Unique Code (EUC) for INI-CET, July 2023 is required to be able to logging in for Completion of the Application form. The applicant must ensure that all the steps of the application form are completed on or before due date
Applicant must ensure that their Email IDs and mobile phone numbers given in their online application form are valid and active.

Please note that the candidates who have already done/are pursuing MD/MS/MDS in any subject at the time of seat allocation shall not be considered for admission to MD/MS/MDS courses, if it is found at a later stage that the candidate has given false undertaking at the time of seat allocation, his/her candidature/registration will be cancelled. The confirmed PG seat will be allotted to the candidates only after giving an undertaking as above and after depositing all original certificates.
Candidate must have Provisional OR Permanent Registration of NMC/DCI for Online Registration. Those who have not registered with National Dental Council of India are not eligible for apply INI CET PG Examination.
The selected candidates shall undergo a medical examination by the Board appointed by the Institute and if found medically fit will join the course on as mentioned Important dates in prospectus after depositing the requisite fee. Last date of admission: shall be as per date mentioned in Important dates, beyond which no candidate will be admitted. Candidate selected & allotted confirmed seat must join by the date given in admission/offer letter.
No TA/DA will be paid by the Institute to the candidate for appearing in entrance examination and for attending the joining the course.

The images of photograph, signature and left thumb impression shall be preliminarily scrutinized for quality and format as mentioned in the section uploading of uploading images.
Only applicants whose, Registration& Basic Candidate Information is accepted, can proceed for generation of Exam Unique Code (EUC) and completion of application for INI-CET, July 2023.
If, the images uploaded by the applicants are NOT as per the specification the Registration & Basic Candidate Information will be rejected. The status of the Registration & Basic Candidate Information shall be displayed online and accessible after logging in using registration ID and password.
Applicants shall be provided additional opportunity for re-uploading of images in prescribed format and quality as per the dates mentioned
Failure to upload images in the prescribed format and appropriate
quality shall results in rejection of Registration & Basic Candidate Information and the applicant will not be able to proceed further for generation of code and application for INI-CET July 2023.
